As an actor it is important that you stay active not only in your work, but also in your life. Inspiration can come from anything, but I find that it is most easy to be inspired by traveling to new places and by finding out more about yourself and other people through those means. Here are some places that would be interesting to travel to as an actor to study acting, life, livingness, as well as people in general.

-New York City: People watching is prime in this location, never have I ever seen more interesting crowds than in NYC.
-Greece: Greek theatrical life is some of the most famous acting history you will ever learn of, going there and seeing the theatres that used to be in use is a fun and interesting way to have a greater understanding of stage acting.
-London: The acting scene here is huge, and it is a “Broadway” of sorts all on its own. London has one of the most interesting theatrical nightlife scenes that one could possibly see.

Of course it would be cool to travel the world like this and see the best places, but if you are like me or anyone else and cannot just travel to a different county on a whim like that I would strongly suggest making a goal of traveling there sometime in the near future. You may discover some interesting things about your chosen field of work.
