Unless you’re a massive star, you have to cover 2 basic fields as an actor.

The first, of course, is the craft of your acting. This is your actual product. It’s what people pay you for, therefore, it’s your form of exchange. This needs to be refined with classes, practice, and real-life audition experience.

The second part is administrative. This is all the peripheral stuff that’s needed for you to be able to get auditions in the first place. Signing up for lacasting.com, creating a profile on Actors Access, getting your headshots taken, etc. This is equally important, since you can’t actually get auditions without it.
